Program Description:
Through PCC's dual enrollment agreement with Portland State University, PCC students may enroll in any PSU study abroad program for which they meet the eligibility requirements, earn PSU credit which may be applied to PCC degree requirements, and use their financial aid.

To be eligible to study abroad through the PSU dual enrollment agreement, students must:
  • Have completed 24 transferrable credits and be in good academic standing at the time of application
  • Have completed at least 45 transferrable credits prior to the start of the study abroad program, for term-length or semester-length programs (some summer and short-term programs are open to students with fewer credits)
  • Meet any program-specific requirements. Some programs require prior language study; some have minimum GPA requirements; a few require students to be enrolled at PSU for one or two terms prior to participation.
